Career process
How do I regain passion in my work?
What are my qualities and how do I find work that matches these qualities?
How do I stay healthy and happy at work?
Where will I be in five years?
What are my ambitions?
How do I find meaningful work?
How do I continue to develop in my work?
Are these questions on your mind? Have they concerned you just recently, or for a long time? Do you fail to take action because you don’t know how? In a career process, you will address the above questions in depth, under my guidance.

Labour market research: this may include looking at vacancies, social media and other media on which vacancies can be found
Survey of training programmes that can enhance your career choice
Job application skills: writing applications and drawing up your CV
I will give you specific assignments, which we will discuss together in the coaching sessions. In this way, you will become aware of undiscovered drives, obstacles, blind spots and patterns. Through this awareness, you can discover previously unknown qualities and talents, as well as what your dreams are. This will give direction to your career question and ultimately lead to a solution.
At the end of the process, you will be able to make choices that reflect your motives, ambitions, qualities and talents. And to find work that matches who you are. Much more importantly, you will experience more pleasure, purpose and meaning in your life.
In order to increase your self-knowledge, and if you so wish, you can take the following tests:
